X-tremeBodybuilding.com specializes in fitness clothing for everyone.
We are dedicated to providing the best customer service and value in the industry.  Currently, we offer World Gym Fitness Apparel, Hot Bodz Bodybuilding Clothes, & Pitbull Clothing. We definitely plan on constantly expanding our product lines, so check back!  If there is something you would like but do not see, feel free to ASK.  We will do our best to find what you're looking for.

It is important to us to offer hard to find items for fitness enthusiasts, but not everything is stock for same day shipping. Some items have to be ordered on a weekly basis.

Shipping Information
All orders will begin to be processed within 24 hours. Shipping charges are computed automatically online. Orders are generally sent within seven to fourteen business days of order placement. However, not all items are kept in stock and delivery can take two to three weeks.

 

Domestic Shipments:

Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation. Occasionally, due to the contents and value of your order, packages are mailed insured and requesting a return receipt to verify you received your order. Packages not retrieved from your local Postal Service and then returned to us will be refunded less shipping costs. 

 

International Shipments:

International shipments will be sent out either USPS Airmail or USPS Express Mail. Some countries are prohibited due to rampant fraud. Please contact us for further information before you place your order.  Also, since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for further information. The customer is responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries. These taxes are not included in the total invoice from X-tremeBodybuilding.com. We only charge for shipping from United States to your respective country.

 

Upgraded Shipping Option:

Please be patient with your order. Some items are special ordered. If you choose an upgraded shipping option, it doesn't mean it will go out that day.  However, it will still get to you faster than our standard shipping option. If you have any questions about this please contact us.

 

Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are not refundable. Any exchange will be charged shipping.


Backordered Items
X-tremeBodybuilding.com does not manufacture the clothing on the site.  Occasionally, we out-sell our inventory of a particular item. Though we try very hard to maintain adequate inventory, we sometimes run out. On those occasions, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be completed from the time of purchase.  If you have questions about your order, please contact
customer service.  All orders are held until complete (usually no longer than two weeks).

Substitution
In order to offer you greater selections and to maintain manageable inventory levels, we offer a substitution selection aimed at saving you money while allowing us to better control inventory. Where color is an option, you'll save money when you make your selection from the Choice items. Choosing a specific color, i.e. Black Only, might delay your shipment and will cost you more. So....if it say's "Substitute Color OK?". Choose the 'Yes' option. We'll ship the size and style you've requested but we may alter the color you've selected. It's a win/win for both of us.
 


Our Return Policy for Clothing

We are proud to offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all orders(less shipping and handling). If you are unsatisfied for any reason simply email us and we will issue you a Return Authorization # and have you mail your package to us.
-If you receive an order that has a damaged item or items please email us immediately and we will start the insurance claim process and reship if necessary. In the event that you received a damaged item or we shipped you the wrong item we will reimburse after you have shipped it back to us.

-Notify us via email of your intent to return and request an RMA number (write on return box).

-Contact Customer Service by using Contact Form

-Include a copy of the original invoice with return shipment.

-All returns must be in original packaging / bags. No Refund On WORN, LAUNDERED, STAINED Items or items smelling of CIGARETTE SMOKE or PERFUME!

-You are responsible for ALL shipping charges on all exchange items going to & from X-tremeBodybuilding.com.

-Returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment date for credit card credit. Items returned later than 30 days will be issued a X-treme Bodybuilding credit (valid for another purchase at www.x-tremebodybuilding.com). Items received by us after 45 days from shipping will not be exchanged, refunded, credited or returned.

 

Exchanges for Clothing

We will gladly exchange any item that is returned within a 15-day period from purchase. Please note the following terms and conditions:

-Items can be exchanged for a different size, color, or the credit put towards any item within the store. Items must be sent back for exchange within fifteen days of receipt. A $6.95 shipping & handling charge will apply for orders within the United States. Foreign Exchanges will be billed for shipping individually. Please contact us if an exchange is needed.

-15 day exchange only.

-No refund on shipping and handling charges.

-You are responsible for ALL shipping charges on all exchange items going to & from X-tremeBodybuilding.com.

-You must e-mail for authorization on exchange items! Contact Customer Service by using Contact Form. Insure all returns.

-Your authorization number must be on the outside of package. Cartons will be refused if return authorization # is not posted outside of return carton. No exceptions!

-All returns must be in original packaging / bags.

-Prices are subject to change without notice. Colors & styles may vary.

Credit Card Fraud:

Using a fraudulent card will not work. When a non-matching address is used we immediately inform the card issuer and the number is cancelled. We aggressively pursue credit card criminals by immediately reporting the incident to their country's authorities. The appropriate law enforcement agency will be instructed to pursue a local investigation. We also work closely with all United States authorities in charge of Internet Fraud. Credit Card Fraud wastes time, DON'T DO IT!!!

 

Sales Tax
Only Illinois residents will pay sales tax. The rate is 8.5%

 


Exercise Equipment Policies


  1. Delivery time for most orders will usually be 10 days to 2 weeks from the date that you placed the order with us online or over the telephone. Mail orders will be processed the same day we receive the order in the mail if it is paid by money order. If a mail order is received with a personal check as payment then we cannot process the order for an additional 1 to 2 weeks as it takes that long for a personal check to clear through the bank.
  2. Tracking numbers will be provided to customers by request only. Most items will usually ship out from the factory in 3 to 5 business days and a tracking number is entered into the system the next business day after an item is picked up by a trucking company. We send tracking numbers out by email only, so if you wish to request this info be sure that you provide an email address when you place your order with us.
  3. Larger items will come by freight. Many times trucking companies will want someone to be present to sign for an item during business hours so be sure to provide a daytime telephone number so you can be contacted to schedule a delivery. You may also need to arrange to have someone be at your house during business hours to meet the driver if you are unable to leave work during the day. If you order weight sets or other large and heavy items please be aware that truck drivers usually only are required to get these items to the curb in front of your house and you will be responsible for carrying the items inside your house -- having a second person present to help you or a wheel barrel or your kid's red wagon handy to carry multiple weight plates or dumbbells to your door is very good advice!
  4. When you receive an order it is very important that you inspect the boxes carefully for damage -- if you see any opened, torn or smashed boxes then don't be afraid to open them up and check for damage and count parts right in front of the driver. Make the driver wait -- it is their job to make sure that you received everything listed and in good condition. If you see obvious damage to the item do NOT sign for the order. If you sign for obviously damaged merchandise then you are telling the trucking company that you are accepting things as they are - DON"T do this if there is a problem. It is better to wait a little longer for your order then not be able to receive replacement merchandise at all. Do not give up your legal rights by signing for damaged or missing merchandise - once you sign you are accepting the order as is and replacement merchandise cannot be sent. Read the packing slip carefully to determine the number of boxes that you should have before you sign and if boxes are missing it is OK to accept the boxes that you do have but you need to make a notation next to your signature on the trucker's bill of lading - example - "received 2 boxes, missing 1 box of 3"
  5. If you are not happy with an item for any reason you may return it within 10 days of receiving it - however you will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges back to the factory. You are responsible for shipping the equipment back to factory from which it came and for the costs associated with that shipment. You will also be responsible for the costs to ship the merchandise to you in the case of free freight items. For large and heavy items these charges can sometimes be quite expensive. All merchandise must repacked very carefully in the original packages and be returned in perfect and resalable condition - if it is not we cannot credit your account for the original purchase price. Deductions will be made accordingly to your total refund due. Returns may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee from our suppliers.
  6. Many of our items are guaranteed with very good warranties from the manufacturer - usually these warranties are listed on the product page on our website or have a link to the manufacturer's warranty page. Please read these warranties before purchasing items so there will no misunderstanding at a later date.
  7. If you do have problems with a delivery then it is your responsibility to contact X-tremeBodybuilding.com by email and describe the problem. Once we are aware that you have had a problem then we will do everything we can to correct the situation in a timely manner.
  8. If you haven't received your exercise equipment within 2 weeks of placing an order with us then you should contact us so we can trace your shipment. All this technology is great but in the end only the customer can let us know that they received everything and are happy with their order. We also appreciate an email letting us know that you received everything and are very happy with it -- those are our favorite messages to receive
