This versatile free weight bench is the cornerstone of any barbell or dumbbell routine. It works great with our Power Rack or Smith Machine for intense workouts without a spotter. Adjusts from 90� Shoulder Press to decline position. The 90� degree position is great for protecting your lower back while doing overhead barbell and dumbbell presses and seated dumbbell curls. Work your upper chest with incline presses & dumbbell flyes and your lower chest with decline presses. Includes T-Bar Leg Hold-down with thick comfortable foam rollers. This bench is also excellent for doing incline dumbbell curls for the biceps and then going right to curling on the OPTIONAL Preacher Curl Attachment PPCA11 - develop massive biceps with this superset technique!
